An unusual Sunday, among the majestic and centuries-old trees of the Umbrian Forest that hide, among leaves of the undergrowth, several varieties of mushrooms. A beautiful path starts from the slopes of Carpinosa Valley among beeches, Turkey oaks, hornbeams, holm oaks, and (the beautiful path) brings to Fontana di Sfilzi, the only one spring in the Garganic headland, above 400 metres, full of ferns, mosses and inhabited by nice salamanders.
